What am I?-a Rhythm Quiz

Scenario: An 83 year old woman with ischemic cardiomyopathy goes into her PCP for a routine checkup. She is receiving appropriate medical management with pharmacological agents and has no acute symptoms.


So evaluate her rhythm:
Rate- normal,brady or tachy?
Rhythm-regular,irregular, irregularly regular?
P waves-one for each QRS, less than one for each QRS, more than one for each QRS, unable to determine ?
PR interval-normal, short, prolonged, can't determine?
QRS duration-normal or wide?
ST segment-negative and less than 0.12, negative and greater than 0.12, positive and greater than 0.12?
T wave-normal or inverted?
QTc-normal or lengthened(greater than 0.47)?
